Last year we carved our pumpkin WAY too early and that junk was beyond molded and covered in all kinds of gross bugs before Halloween even arrived. So this year we waited until Oct 30th to carve it! Haha! We weren’t taking any chances. We got home from church and changed clothes then headed in the backyard to do the carving. I thought Kye would be very into helping…but he was more interested in running around the yard.

I told Zach I didn’t care what the pumpkin really looked like…I just wanted it to be HAPPY!

with our pumpkin!
Nothing fancy, but it was cute. Maybe next year Kye will be more excited about it and we’ll make a little bigger event out of the whole thing 😉
