Many of you read Kelly’s blog and I’m sure by now have heard the news about Matt Turner. While I do not know the Turner’s personally, his story hit home for Zach and I. Zach puts roughly 30-40,000 miles on his car each year. He drives CONSTANTLY and we both have a fear of something happening to him on the road. Whenever he’s late getting home or I can’t get him on his cell phone, I worry. For Julee Turner that worry became reality and this situation has weighed heavy on both mine and Zach’s hearts.
I think the idea of a Blog Silent Auction to benefit Julee and Preslee (their daughter) is so awesome!!! I talked to Zach about it and he agreed that I should participate by auctioning something 🙂 I also plan to go through all the stuff being auctioned and hopefully place a few bids myself! With 10 weeks until Christmas I’m sure I can find some great deals for gifts and benefit such a worthy cause! If you want to do some shopping you can view all the blogs participating here!!!
I decided to auction off some JEWELRY!!! I own a pair of these earrings myself and LOVE THEM. They are the perfect go-to pair and I wear them all the time.

I’m excited to see who will be the winner of the earrings and how much we can raise to benefit Julee and Preslee in this time of need!!! I’m keeping them in my prayers and hope you will as well. I cannot fathom the difficulty of this situation and the heartbreak they are facing.
